We stand behind our products and services, and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, we generally offer no refunds because our products are digital goods delivered via an Internet download, professional writing services (for Resume, Cover Letter, LinkedIn, etc.) are delivered via Line or Email, and a lot of prework goes into personalizing our coaching services.

If you change your mind about your purchase and have not downloaded our product or we have not started our professional writing or coaching services, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.

Refund requests made after downloading our product or starting our professional writing or coaching services are handled case-by-case and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase, and the refunded payment method must be the same as the original payment method.
